Whistleblower Suit Investigates Use of Dangerous Flares Sold to Military
The New York Times is investigating a whistleblower lawsuit brought against ATK Thiokol Inc. alleging the company sold the military flares which were not properly tested and to fragile to be safe. The lawsuit was begun by a whistleblower and joined by the U.S. government after investigations.
